Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how ShadowNurse, Inc. (“SN,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information related to our consumer‑facing Platform. For clinical services rendered by independent professional entities (independent rendering provider(s)), see their notices and policies.
Information We Collect
  • Identifiers & Contact: name, email, phone, address, device IDs.
  • Account & Usage: login credentials, activity, interactions, preferences, support tickets.
  • Device/Technical: IP address, browser/OS, cookies, SDKs, diagnostics, log files.
  • Payment: processed by our payment processors (card data held by processor).
  • Care Coordination Data: information you provide to facilitate navigation and benefits verification.
  • From Others: service providers, partners you authorize, or public sources.
How We Use Information
Operate, provide, and improve the Services; secure and debug; process requests; personalize non‑marketing content; communicate about features; perform analytics; comply with law; protect against fraud and abuse; and with your consent where required (e.g., marketing).

Disclosures of Personal Information
We disclose personal information to: (a) service providers/processors (e.g., hosting, analytics, support, communications, payments) under contractual limits; (b) professional entities you choose (independent rendering provider(s)); (c) legal and safety recipients (e.g., to comply with law, protect rights); and (d) in corporate transactions (merger, acquisition). We do not allow service providers to use personal information for their own purposes.
Sale/Share and Targeted Advertising (California)
SN does not currently “sell” or “share” personal information or engage in cross‑context behavioral advertising as defined by California law. If we later engage in such activities, we will update this Policy, honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals, and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, consistent with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements. Criteria include account status, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, and security.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it.
Your Privacy Rights (California)
California residents may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, and to opt out of sale/share and certain profiling; to limit use of sensitive personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising rights. Submit requests at: privacy@shadownurse.com or our web form [link]. We will verify your request and may deny where an exception applies. You may authorize an agent to act for you with proper documentation. We honor GPC signals.
Request handling and timelines. We will confirm receipt of a verifiable request within 10 days and respond within 45 days (or explain why we need up to 90 days). We may request additional information to verify identity and will explain any denial. You may submit up to two requests in any 12‑month period. We do not discriminate for exercising rights.
International Users
If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S. Laws in your country may differ.
Changes
We will post updates with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
