Guidelines to increase your success:

  1. Limit your feature to 500 words or less (if written)

  2. PDF, Word, PNG, JPEG, MP3, MP4 formats should work

  3. Provide a 2 to 3 sentence self description (eg. Jane Doe is mom of two with over 20 years of nursing experience. She is a graduate of John’s Hopkins and currently works at Mayo Clinic in oncology. She has served in leadership on local and state nursing committees.)

  4. Your piece should be in your own voice/work (you can use AI to help, but it should not be a fully AI generated work)

  5. Acceptable themes include:

    • Self bio’s

    • Experiences in care delivery

    • Opinions, observations, and/or reactions

    • Creative works - short stories, poetry, artwork, music

  6. Avoid offensive themes/statements/imagery and self-promotion

  7. Proofread your work
