Program: “ShadowNurse Informational Alerts” (account, appointment, and service updates). No marketing SMS without separate, express written consent.
Consent: You opt in during onboarding or in account settings. When messages may include PHI, we also obtain the “Patient Consent for Communication by Unsecured SMS” (Visit https://www.shadownurse.com/policies). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Supported STOP synonyms we honor: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT. To resume, reply START.
Eligibility: U.S. residents 18+. Mobile carriers may change supported delivery at any time.
Delivery & Liability: Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We use your number solely to deliver requested communications and manage preferences. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
