SMS Terms
Program: ShadowNurse Informational Alerts.
Purpose: account, appointment, and service updates.
Consent: Provided during onboarding or through account settings and supplemented by the “Patient Consent for Communication by Unsecured SMS” below when messages may contain PHI or other sensitive data. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Message/data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
Delivery & liability: Delivery not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.
Privacy & HIPAA considerations. Standard SMS is unencrypted and may be intercepted. When PHI could be included, SN obtains explicit consent using the HIPAA‑compliant template in Section 6A. See our Privacy Policy for additional safeguards. We use your number solely to deliver requested communications and manage preferences.
